Standard Booth $200 until August 1st
After August 1st, the Vendor Fee is $250
Includes an 8ft. Table and 1 Chair
We except Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Check
Please fill out the application and once it is approved, we will email you the invoice for payment. Fee is non-refundable.
- Set up time will begin at 9AM on the day of the event
- Break down will be at 2PM and not before (vendors who leave early, will not be allowed back next year)
- Please plan to have a representative at your booth the entire length of the event
- Applications and payment must be received no later than October 1st
- Location of your table will be determined by Earp Enterprises Inc
- Spaces are subject to change the day of the event at the descretion of Earp Enterprises Inc
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their station clean and all garbage/debris cleaned up
- We encourage Vendors to go live on social media and engage attendees
In consideration of permission to participate as an exhibitor in the Earp Enterprises Senior Expo, the undersigned hereby agrees to assume risk and to release Fort Myers Event Center and Earp Enterprises Inc., its officials and all persons and organizations sponsoring, implementing, or helping with the expo and all liability lossess to claims arising out of the undersigned participation in the above event.
By completing the Vendor or Sponsor application, you thereby attest and agree to the above Hold Harmless statement.
