**PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR GOAL IS TO GIVE SENIORS IN OUR COMMUNITY OPTIONS WHEN IT COMES TO RESOURCES AVAILABLE IN SWFL, SO WE DO NOT LIMIT VENDORS TO ONE PER GENRE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THIS PURPOSE. NON-PROFITS ARE ACCEPTED BASED OFF OF SPACE AVAILABILITY AND THE DETERMINATION THAT IT WOULD BE A VALUABLE RESOURCE FOR SENIORS IN SWFL. THIS IS AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR TEAM AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE BASED OFF OF OUR CRITERIA. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!

Non-Profit Agreement: we ask that non-profit organizations assist our efforts in marketing and advertising the Senior Expo in the best way they can. This is a non-profit community event for Seniors in SWFL, and we need your help promoting the Expo. Someone on our Team will reach out and touch base about the ways you plan to help promote the event. Thank you for partnering with us on these efforts! *

Vendor Committment * Vendor agrees to stay for the entire length of the event and will not tear down or pack up sooner. This is disrespectful to the other vendors and attendees. For your application to be considered, you must be wiling to commit to the entire event time.
