Once the application is received and approved, you will receive an email confirmation from our Team at Earp Enterprises. You will also receive a separate email with the invoice for you to pay. Please note that late payments will incur an additional late fee. We will not accept payment on the day of the Expo and if we have not received your payment prior to the event, you will not be allowed to participate. *

Funds received from Sponsors are used for the purpose of advertising the Senior Expo and we are not responsible if you cannot make the event. Sponsorships are non-refundable. In the event we would need to reschedule the Senior Expo due to a catastrophic event or conflict, we will issue a credit towards our next Senior Expo. In consideration of permission to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor in the Earp Enterprises Senior Expo, the undersigned hereby agrees to assume risk and to release Lee County Civic Center and Earp Enterprises Inc., its officials and all persons and organizations sponsoring, implementing, or helping with the expo and all liability lossess to claims arising out of the undersigned participation in the above event.
