**PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR GOAL IS TO GIVE SENIORS IN OUR COMMUNITY OPTIONS WHEN IT COMES TO RESOURCES AVAILABLE IN SWFL, SO WE DO NOT LIMIT VENDORS TO ONE PER GENRE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THIS PURPOSE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!

In order to maintain compliance and protect the integrity of our partnerships, Insurance agents or brokers who are not affiliated with Earp Enterprises will not be accepted as vendors for this event.

Once the application is received and approved, you will receive an email confirmation from our Team at Earp Enterprises. You will also receive a separate email with the invoice for you to pay. Please note that late payments will incur an additional late fee. We will not accept payment on the day of the Expo and if we have not received your payment prior to the event, you will not be allowed to participate. *

Vendor Committment * Vendor agrees to stay for the entire length of the event and will not tear down or pack up sooner. This is disrespectful to the other vendors and attendees. For your application to be considered, you must be wiling to commit to the entire event time.

Funds received from Vendors and Sponsors are used for the purpose of advertising the Senior Expo and we are not responsible if you cannot make the event. Vendor fees are non-refundable. In the event we would need to reschedule the Senior Expo due to a catastrophic event or conflict, we will issue a credit towards our next Senior Expo. In consideration of permission to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor in the Earp Enterprises Senior Expo, the undersigned hereby agrees to assume risk and to release Lee County Civic Center and Earp Enterprises Inc., its officials and all persons and organizations sponsoring, implementing, or helping with the expo and all liability lossess to claims arising out of the undersigned participation in the above event.

By completing the Vendor or Sponsor application, you thereby attest and agree to the above Hold Harmless statement.
